Updating card details

1. Log in to 'Din side' (your page) on our website (Note: This feature is not available in the app ).
2. Select the 'Profil' (profile) option from the menu.
3. Scroll to 'Betalingsoplysninger' (payment information), where your current payment method is displayed, and you have the option to update it.
4. If you choose to continue with card payment, select the 'Betalingskort' (card) option, then click 'Fortsæt' (continue).
5. Enter your new card information, click 'Registrér' (register), and verify using MitID or a text message code. You will be redirected to the 'Betalingsoplysninger' (payment information) section, where the expiry date of your newly registered card will be visible.

If you encounter issues while updating your card details, please 'Delete card information'. This allows you to choose a payment method again. Please ensure that the option 'Pay as VISA' is not selected, even if you are using a VISA card or VISA Dankort.
