Our goal is for the driver to retrieve your empty boxes when they deliver your new items. If, however, the empty boxes are not collected during the new delivery, it is typically due to one of the following reasons:
The driver may not have had enough space to accommodate all the empty boxes. Typically, the driver can only take back the same number of boxes they delivered.
The boxes may not have been completely empty, meaning they still contained items such as plastic bags, the absorbent from the styrofoam box, stickers, or other materials. The driver cannot take back boxes that are not entirely empty, as anything other than the boxes themselves is considered waste and cannot be placed in the same trolley as fresh goods.
In such cases, please leave the completely empty boxes for the next delivery.
