Your order will be placed at your chosen delivery location within our delivery hours .
For deliveries in locked buildings, we require access to your building. If we do not already have access, please send us a key at your earliest convenience.
Additionally, if you have any empty boxes from past deliveries, kindly leave them at the delivery location the evening before your next delivery, so we can pick them up for reuse.
