Access to your building

If your building has a locked entrance we need access to ensure your delivery will arrive smoothly.

1. Upon noting that your building entrance is locked while placing your order, our system will check if we already have access.
    
2. If we do not already have access to your building, please send us a key or a chip at your earliest convenience. If you believe that we might have access to neighbouring  buildings using the same key please let us explore that option for you.
    
3.  If you use a door code for your building, just enter it in the designated door code field.
