Changing a delivery address

If you need your order delivered to a different address, simply add a new delivery address to your account. Please note that this new address will be the default for deliveries until you remove it.

To add a different delivery address, follow these steps:

Sign in to your account on our website. (Please note, changing the delivery address cannot be done through the app).

Click on the 'Profil' (profile) option in the menu.

In the 'Addresser' (addresses) section, you will find your billing and delivery addresses.

Next to these, you will see an option to add an alternative delivery address (benyt alternativ leveringsadresse).

After setting up this new address, we will deliver your orders there until you choose to delete it. Please remember to remove this address from your account when it is no longer needed.
