Creating/deleting a delivery break

If you wouldd like to maintain your subscription but pause deliveries, please set up a delivery break.

1) Log in to your page via our website (this cannot be done in the app).
2) Click on 'Leveringspause' (delivery break).
3) Click on 'Tilføj leveringspause' (add delivery break).
 


4) A calendar will then appear. Click once on the first day of the delivery break as shown below
 

5) Click once on the last day of the delivery break so that all dates between the first and the last day of the delivery break turn green.
 

6) Finish by clicking 'Tilføj leveringspause' (add delivery break).

The break is now registrered and visible under 'Leveringspause' (delivery break). 

You will not receive any deliveries during this period.

To delete a delivery break, do the following:

1) Log in to your page via the website (this cannot be done in the app).

2) Click on the menu item 'Leveringspause' (delivery break).

3) Tap the waste bin to the right of the delivery break.

4) The delivery break is deleted once the green bar is gone, Check your delivery overview to see your future deliveries and feel free to (re)order any deleted orders
