Cancelling a single meal box on our website

You can cancel deliveries on our website within the specified deadlines.

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to 'Leveringer' (Deliveries). Alternatively, access it through 'Din side' (Your page) followed by 'Leveringer' (Deliveries).
  3. If multiple items are set for delivery on the same day, choose the specific meal box you want to cancel.
  4. Select 'Redigér vare' (Edit item) followed by 'Slet vare' (Delete item).
  5. Confirm the cancellation by pressing 'Slet' (Delete). (Repeat steps 3 to 5 if you need to cancel additional items.)  

If you have canceled a meal box through your delivery overview and later change your mind, you can easily reorder it by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to 'Måltidskasser' (Meal boxes) in the menu.
  2. Select the meal box you wish to (re)order.
  3. Choose 'Vælg' (Select) and specify the number of people and days.
  4. Click 'Næste' (Next) opt for 'En enkelt gang' (one time order) and pick your desired delivery day.
  5. Add the item to your basket.  
  6. Click 'Bekræft køb' (confirm your purchase) . Please check your delivery overview to make sure all details are correct.
