Cancelling a single meal box in our app

You can easily cancel individual meal box deliveries through our app. Please ensure you do so before the deadline.

Open our app.

1. Select the 'Min side' (my page) menu item
2. Navigate to 'Leveringer' (deliveries) and tap on the delivery you want to cancel.
3. Click the small trash bin icon located in the upper right corner.
4. A dialog box will appear on the screen. If the delivery is part of a subscription, you will have the option to choose 'Kun denne' (only this) to cancel just this one delivery. If the delivery is a standalone order, simply select 'Afbestil' (cancel).
5. The selected meal box delivery will then be canceled for the chosen date. If you have additional items to cancel, you will need to repeat steps 3, 4, and 5 for each one of them.

Please check the delivery overview or your confirmation email to make sure that everything is in accordance with your wishes.
