A guide to providing us with a key 🔑

1. Affix the key to cardboard, ensuring it will not pierce the envelope.

2. Note your customer number on the cardboard.

3. Place it in a securely sealed envelope. Please refrain from writing your address on it!

If you live in Sjælland and your building have BEKEY installed in the door phone system, we can use it to deliver your orders simply and safely inside.

When entering your address our system automatically registers whether we have access with BEKEY. In that case you do not need to send a key.

What is BEKEY? BEKEY is a digital chip connected to the door phone system.

Our distributor is granted access using an app on his phone that works as a digital and encrypted key. Security is ensured, as access is only granted in accordance with Aarstiderne's delivery schedules.

If you want to use BEKEY in your building, you can read more about the solution on BEKEY's website . You can also contact your owner/cooperative association or administrator and ask if it is possible to get the solution. Installation and maintenance is simple and free.

For deliveries in locked buildings, we require access to your building. If we do not already have access, please send us a key at your earliest convenience.

We will always deliver in front of your apartment door if you live in a locked building that we have access to.

The possible delivery days depend on where you live.

In most places we can deliver on Mondays , Wednesdays and Fridays . In many places we also deliver on Sundays .

Please note that not all items can be delivered on each delivery day. For example, meal boxes cannot be delivered on Fridays. The possible delivery days for the various products can be seen when placing the order.

Upon noting that your building entrance is locked while placing your order, our system will check if we already have access.
If we do not already have access to your building, please send us a key or a chip at your earliest convenience. If you believe that we might have access to neighbouring buildings using the same key please let us explore that option for you.
